Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of OwnCue. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies where required.

Organization, not a guarantee

OwnCue organizes information and reminders. It does not guarantee a return, refund, warranty claim, price adjustment, cancellation, or any other outcome. Retailer, manufacturer, subscription, card, insurer, and legal terms can change. Verify important dates and requirements with the original provider.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, confirming OCR suggestions, maintaining backups appropriate to your needs, and taking action before provider deadlines.

Acceptable use

Use OwnCue lawfully and only with documents you have a right to store. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the app to misrepresent a transaction or claim.

Availability

Features may depend on device capabilities, system permissions, iCloud availability, and Apple services. The app is designed to retain local functionality when optional iCloud sync is unavailable.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OwnCue is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Abhishek Jaimini is not liable for missed third-party deadlines, denied claims, lost savings, or indirect losses arising from reliance on user-entered or extracted information.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated for future releases. Questions can be sent to owncue@susnoodle.com.
